In-process test can be performed every step of the elongation process. The sample for the in-process test can be obtained easily by direct sampling from the reaction mixture. The test uses UHPLC and TLC and we can find impurities at 0.05% detection level. Resulted in the monitoring of the product in every step of the elongation steps, the best protocol of the process can be prepared and we can obtain high purity crude of the target peptide.

Molecular Hiving™ controls residual solvents according to ICH Q3C guideline and furthermore select CMR free organic solvents for the elongation process according to ” Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products” . Molecular Hiving™ uses less quantities of raw materials and solvents than the traditional peptide synthesis.

High cost-efficiency

Cost-efficient process of Molecular Hiving™ conducts the one-pot method of elongation using minimum quantities of raw materials, by high yield, high purity, and high performance of the operation.

•Raw material quantity is low.

•Reaction and work-up operation time is short.

•Special and new facility is not required.

•Batch size is high.
